Great hotel.

Great breakfast with many variety. and it is different menu every morning.. Room is clean. it will be great if have some massage chair ( FOC) in the lobby which allowed customer to use 15 min.

I stayed at level 7. still can hear the noise from the discotique from level 2.

I like the breakfast, there was enough variety. I especially liked the egg and Indomee station.

Very convenient location

Location is excellent, hotel feels new and well maintained. Water pressure on shower was excellent. TV had many channels to select from. Nice pool.

Breakfast felt a little underwhelming, personally I missed items like bacon and sausages. As I didn’t manage to get a higher grade room, the toilets only came with a shower.

memorable stay!

i booked 4 rooms, i requested to be on the same floor and the hotel managed to do it. the location is excellent, walking distance to two big malls, and opposite has rows of massage parlour, next to it is a popular night food court. Excellent location, will definitely stay here again!

Poor service from the staff. Checked in at early 1pm but was told to wait till 3pm to have room as they are still cleaning up the room and was told to come back later,i have specifically asked for a baby cot in my room at the point of check in. Went to have do some shopping nearby and have dinner and came back to hotel to complete my check in of room. Not only did they not prepare the baby cot that i have asked to, i have to remind them again when i collect my room keys at around 8pm. Only to realise that the they ran out of baby cot, you could imagine how furious i am that they didn't make a proper arrangement for this. Approached the manager Aidil to seek for how to resolve this issue and he answered that he has no other SOLUTION. Is this how you all provide services in this hotel? totally disappointed.

Overall, it was good.

Wide variety of breakfast ; bed was comfortable.

Buffet Breakfast in warmers had their lids left opened causing food to turn cold quite fast. The staff who were there did not close the lids that were left opened by guests. I didn't like breakfast at all.. cold and not nice

My family enjoyed the stay and hope to return soon

Staff are professional and friendly. Location is good with new shopping center Grand Mall just less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Many massage palours nearby the hotel.

Booked 2 deluxe rooms and they are located at 2 different corners on the same floor as staff claimed only 2 rooms available on each floor.

Strategic location, walking distance to Grand Batam - shopping mall and there is a food court next to the hotel. Only 15mins drive from harbour bay ferry terminal.

Good stay with children.

Breakfast spread was extensive, however the waffles was too hard, it was hard for the kids to bite and chew even after cutting it to small pieces. Our rooms were on the pool floor so we were unable to draw the curtains out without other guests being able to see us in our rooms. But the kids love it as the can just walk over to the pool.

Perhaps A little brighter room lights for the floors/ rooms that are on the 5th floor as this rooms are on the same level as the pool, thus guests are unable to rely on sunlight for extra light. Or the management could invest in 1 way windows for these rooms.
